Ladakh Trip

Ladakh, the adventure capital of the India, is located far North of the country that has the top three highest mountain passes in the world. It means “land of high passes” in Tibetan or Ladakhi.

Nubra Valley is famous tourist spot in Ladakh which is located about 160 Km from Leh. It is also known as the Orchard of Ladakh which is famous for Diskit Monastery, Hunder Monastery, Maitreya Buddha statue and Khardung La Pass one of the highest motorable passes in the world.

Pangong Lake is another popular destination in Ladakh which is famous for its spectacular panaromic views and clear blue water. It is significant breeding ground for several migratory birds and you have required Permit to visited here.

Confluence of Indus and Zanskar river, Zanskar Valley is an isolated region popular for its magnificent landscape which offers pleasant climate, beautiful views and glimmering rivers that makes it perfect for a holiday.

 Apart from this, you can visit Kargil, Drass, Suru Valley, Shanti Stupa, Pathar Sahib Magnetic Hill on the Leh-Kargil-Srinagar highway.

By Flight

The Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport is the nearest airport which is well connected to major airports in the country, including the Delhi airport. From where, the city centre of Leh is around 9 kilometres away. You can take taxi or cab from outside the airport.

By Train

You cannot get Ladakh directly by train because there is no Railway station in Ladakh. The closest train station from Ladakh is Jammu which is well connected to rest of country. From here, you can take taxi or bus to reach Ladakh.

By Bus

You can get Ladakh via road by the two main highways. One is the Manali – Leh Highway, having 473 kilometres distance from Manali. The other highway is Srinagar – Leh Highway, having a 434 kilometres distance between them.
