Detailed Itinerary of Manali
Day 0 :
- Depart from Delhi.
- Overnight journey from Delhi to Manali.
Day 1:
- Check in to your hotel. After freshening up and leisure, explore mall road, Tibetan monastery, Hidimba temple and van vihar. Spend your evening in hippie cafes of Old Manali like lazy dog, Johnson etc.
- Come back to hotel by evening.
- Dinner and sleep overnight.
Day 2:
- Wake up and breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Solang valley. Post lunch head towards Vashishth temple/Naggar castle & a 2 km trek to Jogini falls.
- Come back by evening. Spend the beautiful evening in the streets of old Manali and you can enjoy water activities there at your own cost (depend on weather conditions.)
- Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3:
- Post breakfast, explore more of the local market for leisure shopping. Take a walk and explore nearby areas.
- In the evening, we will depart for Delhi in the traveller/SUV/Volvo.
- Overnight journey.
Day 4:
- Reach New Delhi early morning by 7 am.
- Drop off point will be same as pick up point. – Return home with unforgettable memories.

Manali is located at the height of 6726 ft.
Best time to visit –
You can visit Manali anytime around the year. While in summers, you can get rid from heat waves if you are from plains of the country. And in winters, it covers with blanket of white snow. It is advisable to avoid to visit in the rainy season (July-August) because of landslides.

In Manali, almost all networks have very good coverage such as Airtel, BSNL, Vodafone, Reliance Jio. But if you are considering remote places and Treks, then BSNL is best.
How to Reach Manali
By Air –
The nearest airport to Manali is Bhuntar Airport which is just 10 kms away from Manali. There are daily flights from Delhi and other major cities to Bhuntar Airport. You can take taxi or cabs that are easily available for Manali.
By Rail –
Joginder Nagar railway station is the closest Railway Station to Manali that connects the hill station with several significant cities of India. Chandigarh and Ambala Cantt are other ways to reach Manali by train. From the railheads, you can get many modes of transportation including taxi and bus at low cost.
By Road –
The Himachal Pradesh state bus service is good and you can get regular buses from the region to different parts of the India at reasonable cost. Roads connect Manali to different places including Delhi, Chandigarh , Dehradun and Ambala.
